Ineligible Persons
488fb employees, their close relatives, members of affiliated organisations, and anyone who has voluntarily or by instruction placed themselves on an exclusion list are all ineligible to use our services.
Each individual may operate one account only. Attempting to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
Providing Accurate Information
You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and any pending transactions may be put on hold. If any of your information changes, you must notify 488fb immediately.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
For withdrawal requests above a certain amount, or in cases of suspicious activity, 488fb may request a national ID card, passport, or other official documents for identity verification. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in transactions being held.
All financial transactions on 488fb are processed through secure and verified methods. Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other designated banks).
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Every deposit must come from an account registered in your own name
- Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted
- It may take a short time for the deposited amount to be reflected in your wallet

Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawal requests can only be made to the account used for the original deposit
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met
- If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be held until verification is complete
Withdrawal amounts will always be returned to the same method used for the deposit. An alternative method may be used in exceptional circumstances, but contact must be made in advance in such cases.
488fb offers players various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Accepting these offers means you are agreeing to the following conditions.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total of ৳32,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
Bonus Abuse
In cases of bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or other fraudulent activity, 488fb reserves the right to cancel accounts and forfeit any bonuses earned. All bonus offers will be displayed with an expiry date and any expired bonus will be cancelled automatically.
Regular players on 488fb's VIP program can advance through levels based on their activity. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
Bronze
Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%. The first level, earned through regular play.
Silver
Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%. An intermediate level earned through consistent activity.
Gold
Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%. An advanced level for high-level participants.
Platinum
Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. The exclusive top tier for the highest-level members.

All players on the 488fb platform must follow fair and honest conduct. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Any form of cheating, manipulation, or system exploitation
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Coordinated play in the same game through multiple accounts
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Harassing or disrespectful behaviour toward other players
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
- Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, 488fb may immediately suspend or cancel the account and forfeit all funds. Relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.
Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, connection problem, or other technical fault, 488fb will resolve the matter in accordance with its set policy. In most cases, decisions are made based on game logs. 488fb is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues.

Closure by the Player
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing the account. Any bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be cancelled.

In cases of Terms violation, fraud, or other prohibited activity, 488fb may cancel an account without prior notice. In such cases, funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited; however, legitimate deposits will be returned through the designated method where possible.
